Impact of covid-19 on BCIS subscribers

In a recent survey 68% of BCIS subscribers experienced project delays as a result of the reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic.

46% had seen sites shut down and 23% had had projects cancelled.

The customer satisfaction survey of BCIS subscribers was carried out at the beginning of July 2020 and included some questions about the impact of COVID-19 since March.

Responding to questions about their working practices over half had seen a decrease in workload, two thirds had all or some of their colleagues working from home, a third had colleagues who had been furloughed, while 5% had colleagues who had been made redundant.
