During the COVID-19 outbreak, we are working to ensure that we continue to update our databases to our existing schedules. Our data collection and indices calculations are currently unaffected.

As the situation evolves, we will develop solutions to meet potential scenarios where some of the underlying data for our indices might not be available to ensure we are still able to produce indices over the coming months.

Subscribers will be informed of any changes to how the indices are calculated or the publication schedule and will continue to be contacted for data submissions.

Specific queries should be directed to contactbcis@bcis.co.uk please note our customer service teams are currently working remotely, and this may impact upon our ability to respond in line with our usual SLAs.
