As Customer Success Executive, you will manage the full customer lifecycle – from onboarding to renewal – and support account growth through cross and upselling. You’ll develop tailored contact plans for each client, drive engagement through product demonstrations and regular check-ins, and gather valuable insights to help us continually improve.

This is a varied and high-impact role where you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams while working autonomously to meet your own KPIs.

  • Build strong customer relationships to embed BCIS platforms and services.
  • Manage renewals, identify cross-sell opportunities, and close upsell deals.
  • Deliver effective onboarding experiences that set clients up for success.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity via our CRM system.
  • Capture customer feedback and share insights with internal teams.
  • Stay up to date with BCIS product developments and industry trends.
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer success role, ideally in a data, SaaS or technical environment.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets for retention and growth.
  • Strong customer focus, with a consultative and solutions-led approach.
  • Skilled at relationship building, influencing, and objection handling.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and using your initiative.
  • Confident in delivering presentations and product demos to stakeholders

Desirable

  • Experience working with SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of the construction or insurance sectors.
  • Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
