As Customer Success Executive, you will manage the full customer lifecycle – from onboarding to renewal – and support account growth through cross and upselling. You’ll develop tailored contact plans for each client, drive engagement through product demonstrations and regular check-ins, and gather valuable insights to help us continually improve.
This is a varied and high-impact role where you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams while working autonomously to meet your own KPIs.
